At Couture Towel, we want you to be 100% happy with your order and we want you to have the best experience both ways.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unwashed, unopened or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the tags, original packaging, and be in the same condition as when it was received/purchased. Used and maltreated merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Our returns and exchanges policy allows you to make easy returns at your convenience. Just simply follow the guidelines below.

• All items, except Seasonal Items, must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

• Requests for adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of purchase. Seasonal Items excluded.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchange, cancelled, credit any monogrammed, customized, personalized, damaged, and seasonal items.

• Items that do not match the items listed on the original invoice will not be accepted for return or exchange.


Request Mailing Label

If you wish to return an item simply fill out a return form and we will provide you a Return Mailing Label in email within 24 hours.

By Mail

1. Go to "My Account" and "Return Items".

2. Complete Return Form Include your order number - you can find it on your confirmation email and original invoice.

3. Please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or refund (depending on the original form of payment).

4. Provide a telephone number on the return form in case we have questions.

5. Print the return form and enclose it with the items you are sending back.

6. After you submit the Return Form, we will provide you a Return Mailing Label and Return Mailing Authorization in email within 24 hours.

7. Place the items and return mailing authorization securely in a box or the package used to deliver the item.

8. Pack your return securely and affix the pre-paid United States Postal Service Return Label to the outside of the package and send via U.S. Mail. If you choose to ship your return via a different carrier, please insure the package and ship to:

9. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed.


If you wish to get a different item, please return your original merchandise and place a new order by calling 1.888.858.2188 for the best service and selection. Standard shipping will be provided free of charge on your new order. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed.

Occasionally an item may be damaged in transit. If this occurs, please contact us immediately by calling 1.888.858.2188. Please note the condition of the shipping box for the damaged item. If the shipping box is damaged and you have access to a digital camera, you can assist us by taking a photo of the damaged box so that we can file a claim with our carrier. If the box is not damaged, there is no need to take a photo. After providing you with an RMA number, we will ask that you repack the merchandise in its original packaging (if possible) with your Return Form and RMA number. Meanwhile, we will immediately ship a replacement to you.
